Captiva ClaimPack

EMC ClaimPack automates the capture and processing of healthcare claim forms, transforming paper documents into business-critical information that can be delivered to claims management systems.

ClaimPack is designed to capture information from CMS-1500 and UB04 forms with the highest level of accuracy – up to 99%! It uses improved imaging and recognition technologies to capture data from the forms, and then validates this data against internal databases and exports the claim information without the need of manual intervention.

Our ClaimPack solution is fully-scalable and can process 1000 claims a day to more than 250,000 claims a day. ClaimPack increases your claims processing efficiency allowing you to do more claims with fewer operators, and saves your organization time and money by cutting operating costs.
